And you'll want your housing loan paid off as well, if you have one. And you'll want the utility companies to stop sending you bills. And you'll want to stop paying insurance premiums on the property. If you are already a resident of St.Helena, you'd then be faced with the prospect of organising the legal transfer of ownership, tying this in with getting money to the vendor, obtaining it, if necessary, from the mortgage lender, and eventually, getting the keys from the Vendor (or his agent). And the utilities companies will want to know you've moved in.
